Management Team

Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith has a diverse background in building Internet businesses. He held a number of online and Internet based executive roles with Telstra, locally and internationally before heading up the Pacific Access (now Sensis) New Media Group. In that role he led three of Australia's ten largest web sites. After leaving Telstra he became MD of Anstat Property Group and transformed what was a small certificate publisher into the market's leading ASP information broker. He followed that role with appointment as CEO of LAWLEX, a legislative tracking business which has become Australia's leading risk and compliance ASP and which has recently been part of the trade sale of the Anstat Group to SAI Global. Andrew is a Director of AlbumPrinter Australia, a Marketing Graduate of Monash University and is married with 2 children.

Ashley Porter

Ashley's career has been dominated by emerging technologies. He worked as an in-house counsel for Sun Microsystems during the early stages of the Internet revolution, subsequently taking up the position of General Manager of Artists Technologies - an ecommerce platform widely used within the Australian film and television industry. Before founding eHound he completed an MBA at Melbourne Business School where he focused on business and marketing strategy.

David Warwick

David has over ten years of senior management experience in the Internet, software development and graphic design industries. David has personally managed IT development projects for organisations such as Multimedia Victoria, Mayne Group, Southcorp and Text Media. David is a Director of Smart Works Pty Ltd, Komodo CMS Pty Ltd, a member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association eMarketing Council and a member of the Western Chances Fundraising Committee. David has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and is a regular presenter on technology and design, including sessions at Australian Graphic Design Association

Tanya Cameron

Tanya Cameron comes to eHound with over twenty years experience within the IT&T industry. She has held senior positions within business development, relationship management and project management - working within organisations such as Unisys, EDS and Vodafone. Tanya is responsible for all business development activities within eHound.

Monique Pockran

Monique Pockran has held a number of customer service and management roles within the retail and liquor industries, including seven years spent with the global brand manager Diageo. Between 2000 and 2002 she worked for Artesian, an online trading platform established for the liquor industry by Lion Nathan, Southcorp and Diageo.

Chris Warrick

Chris is the Managing Director of Multimap Australasia, a global vendor of geographical information systems. Chris has worked in the IT and management consulting industries in various capacities for over 20 years. Since 1985, in New York and then in the UK, Chris has worked closely with a number of clients helping them specify their IT requirements for Customer and Marketing Database systems. He has consulted on major projects for clients as diverse as Saatchi & Saatchi, Gillette, Abbey National, Signet, Norwich Union, the Woolwich Building Society, firstdirect and the Bank of Scotland. From late 1996 until 2001, he was a founding director of TrackView Communications, a specialist software developer active in the vehicle and asset tracking market space. From 2002 until 2004, he was Development Director for Multimap.com based in their head offices in London. Chris moved to Sydney in 2004 to launch Multimap

Claudia Sagripanti

Claudia has been involved in the mobile sector for the past three years as co-founder and project director of the Mobile Marketing and Advertising Awards. She sits on the Internet Industry Association (IIA) Mobile Content Regulation Taskforce, and is the Convenor of the Australian Interactive Media Industry AssociationAIMIA) mobile content industry development group.

Dr Matthew Sorell

Dr Sorell is Research Director at the Convergent Communications Research Group at Adelaide University. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the technology underlying wireless networks (including 3G), and provides strategic consulting services to telecommunications companies in Europe, Asia and Australia.
