Many customers still prefer to access information from a standard telephone via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services, where they are guided by a series of voice prompts. But maintaining multiple databases of store location information can be both time consuming and expensive.

The eHound IVR module allows clients to deliver location information as part of their existing 13 or 1300 number services, all from their eHound account. The IVR module offers the following benefits:

- Automatic outbound connection to store as required

- The option for customers to have location details (including opening hours) sent to their mobile phone as an SMS message
